In spring 1976, Hans Jørgen joined LINAK as a floor sweeper. He remembers that as a 15-year-old it was nice to earn some money while still in school.
Since then, Hans Jørgen continued his journey with us trying a little bit of everything.
A couple of weeks after I started working here, a colleague said ”welcome home” to me and it was spot on – because I have felt at home here from day one! I have met colleagues who have not only been welcoming and helpful but who have also given me the feeling that they really want me to succeed in my new role. Help came in all sizes: from small specific things like helping me find my way to a meeting room or a colleague’s office – to advice and pointing out unwritten rules – to invitations to teamwork and intros from colleagues in other functions and other LINAK offices.
Thanks to such a warm welcome, being ”the newbie” is not a problem!

Anna Lin was one of the first employees in LINAK China. Anna has been with LINAK for 15 years, and works as the Administration Manager today.
